- Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines and possess MCIH or equivalent qualification
- At least 10 years relevant work experience, of which 5 years at managerial level

- Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage

Responsibilities
- Reports to a Regional-in-Charge, the responsibility of a Senior Property Manager is leading a team of manager in-charges to oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management functions of a residential portfolio.
- To supervise the on-site management teams and provide full range of services up to Company’s standard
- To coordinate with internal departments to align with corporate directions
- To achieve KPIs and compliance with Gov’t regulations and company policies
- To prepare budgets, cost control, manpower planning and regular reports
- To handle the emergencies of the property, attending IO/OC meetings and perform ad hoc duties as required
PROPERTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
- Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines
- Possess MCIH or equivalent qualification
- Qualified for PMP (Tier 1) License
- At least 8 years relevant experience, of which 3 years at managerial level

- Proven experience in handover of new residential development is an advantage
- Customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude and high integrity
- Proactive, detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Willing to work on roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilites
- Lead a team of customer service staff to deliver quality handover and customer services for new residential projects
- Conduct pre-handover unit inspections and ensure workmanship meets handover standards
- Prepare handover budget, manpower plan, related documents and materials for each handover
- Handle general enquiries and complaints on handover and defect rectification, and take follow-up actions
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure all defect rectification works conducted in a timely manner

- Duties include budget planning, tender arrangement, unit handover, liaison with owners / project team / developer / contractors, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors’ performance
- Degree holder in Property / Housing / Hotel Management or related disciplines with at least 4 years relevant experience in handover / property management with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Presentable, Proactive, good communication and interpersonal or PR skills, polite, willing to learn and capable of working under pressure
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua is required
HANDOVER OFFICER
- Deliver quality handover and customer services for new development projects, duties include conduct pre-handover unit inspection, monitor initial cleaning works, prepare handover documents and handle enquiries/complaints and take follow-up actions, etc
- Diploma or above in Real Estate, Building Services, Customer Services or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' customer services experience with proven experience in takeover of new development is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Presentable, proactive and good interpersonal skills
HANDOVER AMBASSADOR
- Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and supervising routine repair and maintenance works related to maintenance alteration and improvement of properties
- Duties include drafting work specifications / tenders, conducting and supervising contractor’s work and preparing technical reports, as well as managing in-house technician team
- Attending emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary
SENIOR TECHNICIAN / TECHNICIAN
- Responsible for carrying out the E&M and builders’ works of the building
- Possess valid Safety Card and Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker (A0)
- With relevant working experience in property maintenance preferred
- Shift duty is required
- Working Hours: 9 hours / day
BUILDING SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT BUILDING SUPERVISOR
- Responsible for the daily operation works of the building, which include security, property management and customer service duties, etc.
- Secondary Education with good command of written and spoken Chinese
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience at supervisory level in residential building management
- Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit & Q.A.S Certificate recognized by SGSIA
- Working Hours: 10 or 12 hours / day (depends on work location)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Supervisor
SENIOR BUILDING ATTENDANT / BUILDING ATTENDANT
- Responsible for the daily operation works of the building, which include security, property management and customer service duties, etc.
- Primary Education with good customer service manner
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese
- Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit & Q.A.S. Certificate recognized by SGSIA
- Shift duty is required
- Working Hours: 8 or 12 hours / day (depends on work location)
