Harriman Property Management Limited (HPML) and Harriman Management Services Limited (HMSL) have been awarded both the "20 Years Plus" and "Advanced Performance" recognitions in the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25, organized by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.

Among over 4,000 participating organizations, both of our management companies received the “20 Years Plus Caring Company” logo, the highest recognition for long‑term and continuous participation. For the first time since the programme’s reform, both companies also earned the “Advanced Performance” logo, acknowledging our strategic and measurable excellence in fulfilling corporate social responsibility.

This year, the scheme fully adopted international assessment standards, making the evaluation process more rigorous, professional, and forward‑looking. The aim is to encourage companies to integrate social responsibility into their core operations and align with global sustainability standards. Under this framework, HPML’s recognition once again affirms our long‑term commitment and professional practices across multiple areas, including caring for the community, our employees, and the environment.

These honours reflect that the spirit of “business-community partnership” is deeply embedded in our corporate culture. We will continue to contribute to society as responsible corporate citizens, creating positive and lasting impact.
