Be the change, we can shape a different shopping environment for the society.  Our managed shopping properties operate “greenly” and we advocate environmental shopping concepts to tenants and shoppers.  Through participation in the “Hong Kong Green Shop Alliance Awards”, we gained new insights and green measures which enables us to further optimize our business practices, improve health and wellbeing of our tenants and employees as well as enhance shoppers’ experience.  Our properties with shops, Wheelock House, Lexington Hill, One Island South and 100 Belcher’s street, have received “The Power Partner Award - Shopping Mall” awards to commend our efforts in advocating green shopping concepts.

The Hong Kong Green Shop Alliance Awards Presentation Ceremony was held on 18 December 2018 with the presence of Mr. CHAN Siu-yum, Kenneth, Assistant Director (Charging Preparation) of the Environmental Protection Department, as the Guest of Honour and Mr. Ricky K. Y. Wong, Executive Director of Wheelock and Company Limited, also one of the Directors in the Board of Hong Kong Green Building Council to present awards to the outstanding participants.  With supporting from various industries, over a hundred winners and representatives from developers and strategic partners attended the ceremony.    We acquire new green measures and concepts from industry professionals and experts and this helps us making our shopping properties a better place to be.
