The Hong Kong Green Shop Alliance (HKGSA) Award 2023 Presentation Ceremony was held on 2 February 2024 at the CIC-Zero Carbon Park. The award recognises the remarkable contributions made by shopping malls and shops in promoting green shopping environment in Hong Kong throughout the past year. 

Two properties managed by Harriman were recognized at this highly recognized green award ceremony. Project One Island South was honoured as an "Excellent Green Product Advocator" and was also shortlisted as a Finalist in the "Collaborative Project of the Year -Circular Economy" category. Additionally, Project One Midtown was shortlisted as a Finalist in the "Green Mall of the Year" category.
