To raise awareness of OSH to occupants and renovation workers, the One Island South team compiled a simple and easy-to-understand "Occupants' Renovation Tips" and provided related tools and equipment, such as air purifiers, portable residual current devices, and tool lanyards, for occupants and workers to use for free. They also actively promoted the use of light-duty working platforms. These thoughtful safety support measures have helped to extend the OSH culture from the property management company to other stakeholders, facilitating the achievement of the zero-accident goal.

The "11th Best Property Safety Management Award" aimed to encourage effective safety management and recognize outstanding property management in OSH. This year's competition attracted over 600 entries across seven award categories.
