Wheelock House, managed by Harriman Property Management Limited was honored with a Merit Award in the Office Building (Small & Medium-Scale) category at the HKAPMC Annual Dinner cum QPFMA Presentation Ceremony 2024 held on 8 October 2024. The Quality Property and Facility Management Award, organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors - Property and Facility Management Division (HKISPFMD) and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Limited (HKAPMC), aims to recognise outstanding projects and practitioners in property and facility management and enhance the industry standard of professionalism.

This year's award received a record-high 196 nominations, and Wheelock House stood out in the fierce competition, demonstrating the exceptional achievements of the Harriman management team in enhancing property and facility management standards, as well as their dedication to building a wellness-harmonious community, which was highly acknowledged by the judging panel.
