Properties managed by Harriman have been recognized in the "Excellence in Facility Management Award 2023/24"
Wheelock House, One Island South, One Midtown, and Bellagio, managed by Harriman Property Management Limited, were awarded with the "Excellence in Facility Management Award 2023/24 - Excellence Award" in the Office Building, Industrial, and Large-scale Residential categories at the HKIFM 25th Anniversary Annual Dinner cum EFMA 2023/24 Presentation Ceremony held on 24 October 2024.
The award, organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management, has the theme of "Stakeholder Aspiration" this year, aiming to motivate the provision of quality service and enhance service efficiency in facility management. Harriman's receipt of the "Excellence Award" across different property categories is a testament to our commitment to sustainable development and the provision of high-quality property management services to owners and stakeholders.
